Beth Albright is a global transformation leader in both public and private companies across various industries with domestic and global accountability.
Focusing on Strategic Human Resources & Business Transformation
Major transformations include spinning a company public, leading a global HR integration when two iconic multinationals merged; rebuilding a company when Private Equity took it into their portfolio; and selling a Healthcare system consisting of five hospitals, two trauma centers and several specialty & outpatient centers. Throughout all the transformations, she paid special attention to how leaders lead, the organizational dynamics, and the impact on employees.
These experiences helped develop her passion for strengthening individual’s abilities to navigate organizations and aligning HR departments to achieve strategic business goals.

Beth’s illustrious career started in construction and then moved into manufacturing plants. Her progressive career has taken her from the plant floor through to the C-suite, thus giving her a 360 degree experience.
She has been the Chief HR Officer (CHRO) of a Fortune 500 Company, the CHRO of a private family owned and operated large global company, and the CHRO for a newly-acquired Private Equity company.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor & Industrial Relations from Penn State University, an Advanced Executive HR certification from the Ross Business School of the University of Michigan, and is a certified Board Leadership Fellow.
Beth serves on several Board of Directors for public and nonprofit organizations. She is an avid adventurer and traveler. Additionally, her family created a foundation with a focus on environment, and animal rescue.
